Recovery notice will be issued after the data is ready.
They are ineligible
- If there is a taxpayer in the family, then he will not get the benefit of this scheme.
- Family means husband and wife and minor children.
- People who are using agricultural land for other purposes instead of agriculture.
- Many farmers do farming work on the fields of others, but are not the owners of the fields.
- If a farmer is doing farming, but the field is not in his name, then he will not get the benefit of this scheme.
- Even if the field is in the name of his father or grandfather, he cannot take advantage of this scheme.
- If someone owns agricultural land but is a government employee or has retired
- Current or former MPs, MLAs, Ministers do not get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana.
- Professional Registered Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants or their family members
- A person owns a farm, but gets a pension of more than Rs 10000 a month
Where will the money be deposited
The ineligible farmers taking money under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will have to deposit cash in the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture. They will be given a receipt upon depositing the amount. Later, by depositing this amount in the account of the government, the department will get the data of the farmer deleted along with feeding it on the online portal.
