If the farmers get their respective names in the list then they will have to return the money of every installment to the state or central government.
If the farmer does not come forward, a notice will be issued by the state nodal officer to start the refund process on behalf of Krishi Bhavan. Even the farmers who are frequent taxpayers have to return their money to the state government and the separate list of taxpayer farmers has been uploaded on the official website of DBT Agriculture.

Visit the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi at pmkisan.gov.in. On the home page, enter ineligible category, farmer name, registration number, gender, state, block, district, installment amount, refund mode and bank account details. after entering the details
The list will appear on the screen. Now check the list and see if your name is available or not. If you can see your name then return the amount which was given to you under the scheme. Each state has created its own separate website for its farmers, where they can check their names.
