Income tax paying person, retired government employees who get pension of Rs. 10,000 per month are also not included in this scheme.

According to the terms of the scheme, the benefit will be given to the owner of the land. That is, if a farmer does farming but the field is in his father’s or grandfather’s name instead of his name, then he will not be included in the eligible list of the scheme.
