These documents are necessary for PM Kisan
Bank account number: You must have a bank account number to get the installment because the government transfers money to farmers through DBT. Your bank account must be linked with Aadhaar. Under this scheme, many changes took place regarding the installment of 2000 rupees to the farmers. For example, when the first installment was given, the Aadhaar number was not necessary at that time. Aadhar number was made mandatory from the second installment. However, Assam, Meghalaya, Jammu and Kashmir have been exempted from this.
Aadhar Card- It is mandatory to give Aadhaar card to the farmer taking the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. If you do not provide Aadhar card, you will not be able to take advantage of this scheme.
You can upload your documents on the website pmkisan.gov.in. You go to the option of Farmer Corner and if you want to add Aadhaar card, then you can update it by clicking on Edit Aadhaar Detail option.
These people will not get benefit
Officers in the central or state government and farmers who get more than 10 thousand pension will not get the benefit. Farmers who paid income tax in the last financial year will also be deprived of its benefits. Doctors, engineers, CAs, lawyers, architects, current or former ministers, mayors, district panchayat presidents, MLAs, MLCs, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members are excluded from the scheme.
