PM Surya Ghar Yojana: Registration Process For PM Surya Ghar Yojana: The Central Government keeps launching many beneficial and welfare schemes from time to time. Through these schemes, benefits are provided to every needy and poor class.



In this context, the Central Government has started the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana. Under this scheme, a target has been set to provide free electricity, under which 300 units of free electricity will be provided every month and this benefit is to be given to one crore houses. You can apply like this:-

Step 1
First of all you have to go to the official portal https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in/ and select the electricity distribution company.
Then select Electricity Distribution Number and fill mobile number and email ID.

Step 2
After this you have to login by entering consumer number and mobile number.
After login you have to apply for rooftop solar.
Then you have to wait for approval
Now get the plant installed from any registered vendor in your Discom

Step 3
Once installation is complete, submit plant details and apply for net meter
Commissioning Certificate will be generated from the portal after its application and inspection by the Discom.

Step 4

  • After this you will get the commissioning report
  • Once you get this report, submit your bank account information like bank account number and canceled check on the portal.
  • Then the subsidy is received in your bank account within 30 days.
