Applications in offline mode are being invited by Punjab National Bank for the recruitment of peons in various branches under divisional offices located in Panipat and Kurukshetra, Haryana, in the offline mode by Punjab National Bank.
PNB Recruitment 2022: If you are 12th passed and aspire for a government job in a bank without exams then this news is for you. Punjab National Bank, one of the public sector banks in the country, is issuing advertisements for recruitment to the posts of peons in the districts falling under various circle offices.
Applications are being invited by PNB for recruitment to the posts of peons in branches located in Sonipat and Panipat districts by Panipat Divisional Office in the State of Haryana and by Kurukshetra Divisional Office for recruitment to the posts of Peons in branches located in Yamunanagar and Kurukshetra districts.
Recruitment of 22 posts each in panipat division and kurukshetra division
a total of 22 vacancies have been announced by pnb for the posts of peons in branches of panipat and sonipat. of these, 15 are for sonepat and 7 for panipat. similarly, 12 vacancies have been announced for yamunanagar and 10 for kurukshetra.
Eligibility criteria
candidates seeking to apply for peon posts in pnb should have passed the 12th examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board. also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as on 1st january 2022. however, relaxation in the maximum age limit has been announced for candidates belonging to the reserved categories of the state as per the rules of the state government. in addition, the candidates must be a native of the district concerned with the vacancies, for which the candidates have to attach a copy of the permanent residence certificate or registration certificate to the employment exchange in their application.
Learn the selection process
the selection of candidates for the posts of peons in punjab national bank will be done as per the merit list prepared on the basis of their 10th and 12th marks. in preparing this merit list, 40% weightage will be given to the 10th marks and 60% weightage will be given to the marks of 12th.
Scale of pay
the candidates selected by the procedure prescribed by pnb will be given an initial basic salary of rs.14500/- after appointment. in addition, candidates will also be given various allowances and benefits as prescribed by the bank.

the application process for pnb peon recruitment 2022 is completely offline. candidates will have to receive the application certificate for the district concerned from Panipat divisional office or Kurukshetra office. the form has to be filled in full and submitted along with self-attested copies of your certificates to the same divisional offices of pnb by the prescribed last date. the last date for Panipat division is march 5, 2022, while the last date for Kurukshetra division is today i.e. February 28, 2022.
