PNB Recruitment Notification 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has started the recruitment process for the post of Internal Ombudsman. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website pnbindia.in. The last date for submission of applications is February 22, 2025.
The official notification states: “This appointment is purely contractual in nature for a fixed period of three years, and he/she will not be eligible for re-appointment or extension in the Bank. On completion of the contract period, the appointment of the candidate will automatically stand terminated. The Bank will not be required to issue any communication regarding termination of the contract after the said period.”
Punjab National Bank Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done through personal interaction/interview, which may be conducted online or physically. The Bank reserves the right to decide the selection procedure based on the number and scope of applications received. The aim of the recruitment drive is to fill 2 posts.
Punjab National Bank Recruitment 2025: Reimbursement
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly reimbursement of Rs 1.75 lakh for the entire tenure, subject to applicable tax deductions.
PNB Recruitment 2025: Leave Policy
Selected candidates will get a total of 12 days leave every year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive days leave at a time. Unused leaves cannot be carried over to the next year, nor will there be any provision for cashing the leave. Working hours will be aligned with normal banking hours, excluding second and fourth Saturdays and holidays declared under the NI Act.

Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 2,000.
