There is little chance of PTA, PAT and Para teachers serving in government schools benefiting from back dates. From the current month, the state government is preparing to issue instructions to regularize. Notification is likely to be released on Wednesday. In view of the state’s economic situation, the finance department has given up on giving benefits from back date. The cabinet has decided to regularize ten and a half thousand teachers last month. After getting relief from the Supreme Court, the government has started preparations to regularize them.

Education Department officials have said that there is not much problem in the case of PAT and Para teachers. The economic burden on the government is increasing due to the PTA benefiting from the back date. In such a situation, the government has proposed to regularize them from the current month itself. The file of this case has been stuck with the Finance Department for several days.

The Finance Department has sent the file to the Education Department just last day. In view of the possibility of notification being issued throughout the day in the Secretariat on Tuesday, the activities of the teachers unions were intensified. However, orders could not be issued as Education Minister Govind Thakur was not in Shimla. Now the orders are expected to be issued on Wednesday. It is being told that the government can protect the higher salary that Pat is getting.
