Railway Recruitment 2020: South East Central Railway (SECR) Bilaspur has taken out a bumper vacancy of trade apprentices. Out of a total of 432 vacancies, 164 are unreserved. 44 are reserved for EWS, 120 OBC, 69 SC, 35 ST categories. These appointments will be made for various trades. Interested and eligible candidates have to apply online for these posts. There will be no examination in the recruitment of apprentices. These recruitment will be on the basis of marks of 10th class and ITI course. A merit will be formed on the basis of these marks. Candidates will be selected on the basis of this merit. Interested candidates go online to apprenticeshipindia.org and apply online by 30 August.



Necessary things related to vacancies, qualifications and application-
Qualification: Must have passed 10th examination from recognized institute or board and should get ITI certificate in trade related to the post.

Age Limit
– Must be minimum 15 and maximum below 24 years. Age will be calculated from 01.07.20.

In the maximum age limit, relaxation of three years will be given for OBC category, five years for SC / ST candidates and ten years for differently-abled persons.

Stipend: will be given as per rules.

Selection process:
– Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list based on the marks obtained in the educational qualification.

While applying, the candidates must fill their 10th and ITI marks in the eligibility section on the portal or else the application will not be considered and the application will be canceled.



Selected candidates will be engaged as trainees and will be sent for trainee / apprenticeship training for a period of 1 year. During this time a stipend will be given as per the rules of the Government of Chhattisgarh. Their training will end once they have completed apprenticeship training.



After the training is over, the employer will not be obliged to accept any employment offered by the trainee nor will the trainee be obliged to accept any employment offered by the employer.
