Jaipur. In Rajasthan, summer is also continuing with Pre-Monsoon Rain. On Monday, there are chances of strong thunderstorms with thunderstorms in the state, so the weather department has also warned of heatstroke in some areas. According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of rain with thunderstorms in 14 districts of the state on Monday.
Southwest monsoon has knocked in Gujarat. Now soon the monsoon is also expected to knock in the state. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of entry of monsoon in the state around June 25. On Monday , strong thunderstorms are expected along with thunderstorms in Alwar, Ajmer, Banswara, Bundi, Baran, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Jaipur, Kota, Tonk, Rajsamand, Pratapgarh and Udaipur.
Chances of running heat wave in 8 districts
According to the Meteorological Department, the summer phase is also continuing with the pre-monsoon activities in the state. Heat wave is likely to occur in many areas of western Rajasthan on Monday. Among them, heat stroke can be seen in Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Bikaner, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Sriganganagar.

Mercury reaches 45 degrees in Sriganganagar
Despite the pre-monsoon activities being active in the state, the heat wave continues unabated. On Sunday, a rise in temperature was recorded in most parts of the state. Sriganganagar was the hottest area in the state. The temperature there was recorded near 45 degree Celsius. Similarly, mercury in Jaisalmer and Bikaner remained beyond 43 degrees Celsius. While Barmer, Churu and Jodhpur had temperatures near 42 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, good rain was recorded in Banswara district of South Rajasthan. At the same time, people in the capital Jaipur were stricken by the scorching heat. Humidity kept people extremely disturbed due to no winds throughout the day.
