The name of this elderly woman is Urmila Devi who lives in Vijay Nagar in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh. He started fasting at the age of 53 years for temple construction. Earlier, the people had considered them enough to break their fast, but they stood by their decision. He was very happy when he decided in favour of the temple. He congratulated the Supreme Court judges and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for their decision.
