How to apply online for UP ration card
First of all you have to go to the official website of FCS of UP https://fcs.up.gov.in .
- Now after reaching the homepage, you have to select the download form.
- After this you will click on the option containing the application form, after which you will get two options for urban and rural area. Which you will select according to your convenience.
- Now select your application form link. Now, the application form will appear, download the application form, print your form and fill all the details.
- After filling the form completely, you submit the application at the Regional CSC Center or Tehsil Center.
(Note- Any application form containing incorrect or incomplete information will be rejected)

(There is a separate list for urban areas and rural areas). Then select your ration distributor/shopkeeper. Once you click on the distributor, you will see the list of all the ration card holders under the selected distributor.
