Many state governments in the country are providing free ration facility to the ration card holders under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY). The free ration facility being given in some states of India like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi has been increased. Let us tell you, rice, wheat, pulses and sugar are given by the government to the ration card consumers.

What is Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, run by the government for the people who are troubled for their livelihood during the Corona transition, the poor get free food grains at the rate of 5 kg per person.
