Many state governments in the country are providing free ration facility to the ration card holders under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY). The free ration facility being given in some states of India like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi has been increased. What is Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana?
