Transfer ration card

>> First of all go to the official PDS portal of India (www.pdsportal.nic.in).
>> After this go to the portal tab of the state government.
>> Here you will get a list of states.
>> Select your respective state.
>> Now a new page will open in front of you.

Further follow this process,

now you have to select the right link according to your state to change the address. It will be different from state to state. Now here you have to enter your ID and Password. Now you have to fill all the requested details and click on submit. Now take a print of the application form and keep it.

These documents are required


1. Three passport size photographs of the applicant
2. Residence proof
3. If you have your own house then latest tax paid receipt
4. If you live in a rented house then the latest rent receipt can also be used
