RBI Rules: After banning many banks in the last days, RBI has again imposed some restrictions on three banks. After this decision of RBI, bank customers will be able to withdraw money only up to a certain limit.

Reserve Bank of India: In view of the deteriorating financial condition of three co-operative banks, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed many restrictions, including withdrawal of money, on them. In a statement issued by the RBI, it was said that due to the ban on Jayprakash Narayan Nagari Sahakari Bank, Basmatnagar, account holders will not be able to withdraw money from their account.

Now these banks are banned

Apart from this, account holders of The Karmala Urban Co-operative Bank, Solapur can also withdraw only Rs 10,000 from their accounts. RBI has also banned Durga Co-operative Urban Bank, Vijayawada. Its customers can withdraw up to Rs 1.5 lakh from their deposits.

Transaction will be done as per RBI

Even before this, RBI has taken tough decisions against many banks. Recently RBI has imposed restrictions on four banks. Customers associated with these four banks will also be able to withdraw money only according to the limit set by the RBI. The four co-operative banks that have been banned recently are Saibaba Janata Sahakari Bank, The Suri Friends Union Co-operative Bank Ltd., Suri (West Bengal) and National Urban Co-operative Bank of Bahraich.

Prohibition on withdrawing more than this amount

According to the order, the depositors of Saibaba Janata Sahakari Bank cannot withdraw more than Rs 20,000. Whereas for Suri Friends Union Co-Operative Bank this limit is Rs 50,000. Similarly, in the case of National Urban Co-operative Bank, the withdrawal limit has been increased to Rs 10,000 per customer. The RBI has also banned the withdrawal of money by customers, including several restrictions, on the Bijnor-based United India Co-operative Bank Ltd.
