A total of 94 posts will be recruited through this recruitment drive. These posts are of Officers Grade B. 66 posts of General, 21 posts of Department of Economic and Policy Research and 7 posts of Department of Statistics and Information Management.
RBI Recruitment 2024: Who can apply
The eligibility to apply is according to the post and is different. It would be better to check the notice given on the official website to get detailed information. For example, for Officers Grade B General posts, candidates with a bachelor’s degree with at least 60 percent marks from a recognized university can apply. For reserved category it is 50 percent. Similarly, for the post of Officers Grade B DEPR, candidates with Masters in Economics or Finance or PGDM/MBA can apply. Similarly, the qualification and age limit to apply for the rest of the posts is different.
What is the last date
Applications for these posts have started from 25 July and the last date to apply is 16 August 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format before the last date.
How much will be the fee
To apply for these posts of RBI, candidates of general category will have to pay a fee of Rs 850. For reserved category it is Rs 100 along with GST will also have to be paid. RBI employees do not have to pay any fee to apply.
You will have to do this for selection
To get selected for these posts, you will have to give several stages of examination. Only those who are selected in the first phase will get a chance to give the next stage of examination. The final selection will be of those who pass all three phases one, two and interview.
You will get a good salary
The selected candidates will get salary according to the post and the salary is good. It ranges from Rs 55,000 to Rs 99,000 per month according to the post. The salary of some posts is up to Rs 1,22,717 per month. Apart from this, many facilities will be available like special allowance, grade allowance, dearness allowance, learning allowance, house rent allowance etc.
