Inhumane treatment of employees
Sometimes employees try to fry the work. But this will happen only when you are not aware of your rights. Customers have got some rights related to Banking Services, in the absence of which you are not able to take advantage of it. In the bank, customers get many such rights, which the customers are not aware of, and then the bankers take advantage of them. It is important for the bank to behave properly with the customers. As per the rules of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), you can complain to the Banking Ombudsman if the customers are not treated fairly and get a solution to your problem. Let us know about these rights.
