Reliance Jio has launched a special study mode for students in its web browsing application JioPages. This prevents users from getting distracted, so that they can focus on studies. Actually, the biggest distraction in studying at home is due to gadgets like smartphones and laptops. JioPages’ new ‘Study Mode’ is specially designed for students and parents who teach their children. JioPages works on your Android TV and Jio set-top box.
Know what is special
The ‘Study Mode’ of JioPages gives users class-wise content to prepare for the exam. In this, channel suggestions are also available for each class according to the subject. Users can add their favorite subjects in the ‘Favorite’ category for faster access. Quick links will also be available in it for quick access to education websites. So that users do not have to waste their time searching on Google. This includes limited availability of devices, distraction of smartphones, exposure to small screens (which can affect the eyes) and many more.
How to use To use
Jio web browser, you can download it on your Android TV through Google Play Store. Jio set-top box users get JioPages as a pre-installed app. Once the app is installed, users will get the option to choose the mode according to them. The mode can be changed by accessing the Switch Mode option in the address bar.
The biggest advantage of ‘Study Mode’ is that in this, users get easy and fast study related content. Apart from this, Ad Blocker is enabled by default in study mode so that users do not see any kind of advertisement. Thus JioPages now comes with three different modes – Standard Mode, Incognito Mode and Study Mode. The new ‘Study Mode’ added by the company will make the life of the students easier. The application can also be used for entertainment by changing the mode.
