61% companies in the country will do recruitment
In the recently released Employment Outlook report of TeamLease, 61% of the companies have planned to recruit for the July-September quarter. Also, it was estimated in this report that this outlook could increase to 70% in the coming quarters. In such a situation, it is expected that Reliance Retail can implement the recruitment strategy in the current quarter itself.
Reliance Retail will hire 60 thousand people
Along with this, the company will also recruit on a large scale in the mid and junior level. For the next three quarters, the company will recruit 60,000 people at the junior and mid levels for the new stores that will be opened and spread across the country. For this, the company can offer a salary of 25 to 30 thousand at the junior level. This will be a big opportunity for the pressures. According to the ESIC data, 22-25 years old freshers got the maximum number of jobs in May.
Big opportunity for freshers
Now due to expansion in other retail chain including Reliance Retail, many job opportunities can be created for freshers. In the April-June quarter too, Reliance Retail had given jobs to 17 thousand people and the total workforce in the company has increased to near four lakhs. In the last quarter, the company opened 720 new retail stores and the total number of Reliance Retail stores increased to 15,916. The reason for having such a large number of employees is Reliance Retail’s offline stores as well as online business. This includes Reliance Smart, Reliance Trends, Reliance Digital, Ajio.com and Jiomart.
Festive season and expansion of business

Companies are recruiting permanent as well as contract staff for new stores and existing stores.
