Railway Board will decide how many new trains are to be run …
Gwalior Since March 23, no passenger train (IRCTC) has been running due to the fast growing corona infection. At this time the railway is running only special trains (indian railway). Railways have kept all the regular trains closed till August 12, but now by August 10, on the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Railway Board will decide which trains can be started after August 12.
According to railway officials, it is believed that after August 12, the Varanasi-bound Bundelkhand Express can run via Gwalior. With this, Punjab Mail, Jhelum and Malwa Express can also run again. These trains can be started because the problems of passengers have increased at this time. Neither the train is running from Gwalior to Indore nor the flight is causing trouble to the people. At the same time there is no train from Gwalior to Kota and Etawah.
If the railway resumes the Punjab Mail, Jhelum and Malwa Express then passengers will be able to go to Indore by Malwa Express. Passengers of Pune will be able to travel by Jhelum Express. On the other hand, passengers going to Mumbai will get the most benefit from running Punjab Mail. Let us know that there are 230 trains running across the country. Out of these, 14 trains have stoppages in Gwalior. But many such tracks are lying vacant, in which no passenger train is running.
