Central government employees retirement age: Is the central government really considering changing the retirement age of employees working in various central departments? Union Minister Jitendra Singh has made it clear that the government has no such plan at present. This means that the retirement age of government employees will remain 60 years for now.

On this, the minister clarified that the government does not have any policy to eliminate vacancies after retirement.
