Tejashwi was accompanied by Rabri Devi and Tej Pratap Yadav in the convoy. Tejashwi then accompanied the RJD delegation to meet the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. He demanded the Speaker to convene a special session of the Legislative Assembly.
Tejashwi Yadav accompanied the four-member delegation to meet the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. The delegation included Tejashwi Yadav along with Tej Pratap Yadav, Jagdanand Singh and Alok Mehta. Earlier, during the high-voltage drama of about two hours in front of Rabri house, many people were seen without a mask. Physical distancing also appeared to be disregarded.
The ultimatum was given to go to Gopalganj
It may be noted that an FIR has been registered against JDU MLA Amarendra Kumar Pandey alias Pappu Pandey alias Kali Pandey for killing the parents and brother of RJD leader JP Yadav. The condition of the RJD leader injured in the incident is also critical. Tejashwi Yadav gave an ultimatum from Patna to Gopalganj March (Friday-Gopalganj March) on Friday morning, accusing Chief Minister Nitish Kumar (CM Nitish Kumar) of rescuing the JDU MLA.
Tejaswi came out of vehicles, together with Rabri and Tej Pratap
Under his ultimatum, on Friday, Tejashwi Yadav along with RJD MLAs left for Gopalganj. In the car of Tejaswi Yadav, the state RJD Chairman Jagadanand Singh. On the other hand, Rabri Devi got out of the house in other vehicles and Tej Pratap Yadav. The police surrounded the convoy outside the Rabri residence. They were being stopped and persuaded by the police and administration. The era of man-manhood continued.
Meeting with the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, a demand for calling a special session
Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav said that if he is not allowed to go to Gepalganj then he can go to the assembly. He wants to call a special session of the Legislative Assembly in view of the state’s bad situation. On the request of the Leader of the Opposition, the Speaker of the Assembly called him to meet with the four-member delegation. Tej Pratap met Tej Pratap Yadav, Jagadanand Singh and Alok Mehta in the delegation along with the delegation.
Tejaswi counted the demand for special session
After meeting the Speaker, Tejashwi said that he demanded to call a special session of the Assembly. When the Speaker of the Assembly can call an all-party meeting, a special session of the Assembly can also be called. Surrounding the government on the issues of rising crime and problems of migrant workers, Tejashwi said that it is necessary to discuss them in the special session of the assembly.
Tejaswi said that crime has increased in Bihar. Incidents of murder, robbery, kidnapping and rape have increased. During the lockdown, it is being unfortunate to bring migrant laborers and keep them in the quarantine center. They have been made second class citizens. The Health Department has also collapsed during the Corona crisis. These issues need to be discussed in a special session of the Legislative Assembly.
Special Rabri Question: Isn’t lockdown for goons?
Earlier, Leader of Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Council, Rabri Devi, said that anyone who raised a voice against the government in Bihar, is arrested. There have been four deaths in Gopalganj and we leave? Now either we should be arrested or let go to Gopalganj. Rabri said that she has a house and in-laws in Gopalganj. There have been assassinations. Why should they not go there? Rabri questioned that the lockdown is only for them, not for the goons?
City SP said – March not allowed, action will be taken
Patna city SP Vinay Kumar, who was present there while stopping RJD leaders gathered for the Gopalganj march outside Rabri residence, said that the administration did not allow Tejaswi Yadav’s visit, so he was stopped. Further legal action will be taken.
RJD not in agreement to take murder case
On the other hand, the RJD does not seem to be in the mood for any agreement regarding the assassination. Tejaswi Yadav has also announced cross-government. According to his ultimatum, the arrest of the accused JDU MLA has also not been done. In such a situation, the question is that if the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly does not accept the demand for calling a special session, then what will Tejashwi do next? Will they travel from Patna to Gopalganj as per their announcement? What action will the police-administration take if they travel? It is possible that he is arrested on charges of violation of lockdown.
Government not to trust CBI, Bihar police
Tejashwi has said earlier that he was not going to assault Gopalganj. They are opposing not only the killing of RJD leader’s family but also the murder of Shambhu Mishra and Munna Tiwari. If the government wants to stop the dispute, then CBI should investigate all the cases, as they do not trust the Bihar Police.
