To ensure that customers can get their motorcycles serviced at the time of the Kovid-19, Royal Enfield on Tuesday announced the launch of 800 service bikes to serve at home. It will have the necessary accessories for repair and maintenance of the bike. In difficult times, this scheme will be helpful not only for the customers but also for the assistants. Called the ‘Service on Wheels’, the company will deploy specialized service bikes to cater to the needs of Royal Enfield customers.
This service bike is designed to carry up to 80% of working equipment and spare parts required for all specific service and repair. Services can be taken at customers’ preferred location with trained technicians to handle scheduled maintenance, repairs, testing of critical parts, replacing parts and handling all types of requests. Royal Enfield says that this program will ensure a hassle-free experience for its customers. In addition, during repair and service, the bike will be completed without carrying it to the workshop.
