Sahara India Refund Not Received Because Correct Documents Not Found?

In which 19644 applications have been received! It is being told by the government that due to non-match of data of the remaining applications, only 53.642 certificate brands have been able to add up to Rs 81.70 crore ! All are being investigated by the government! And will refund the money of the beneficiaries!
