Salary increase of employees: The survey studied data from 1,414 companies across 45 industries.
The salary of employees in India is expected to increase by 9.5 percent this year. This is slightly less than the actual salary increase of 9.7 percent for 2023. This has come to light in a survey released on Wednesday by global professional services company Aon PLC.
The survey revealed that the attrition rate fell from 21.4 percent in 2022 to 18.7 percent in 2023.
The survey studied data from 1,414 companies across 45 industries. It was told that this year companies in the country can increase the salary of their employees by 9.5 percent. The reason for the salary increase has been attributed to the continuously improving economic scenario.
