DA Hike In Rajasthan: Dearness Allowance has been increased by 4 percent under the Seventh Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission) by the Central Government. Now the Rajasthan government has changed the rate of dearness allowance for the employees working under the 5th and 6th pay commission.
Government increased by 15 percent
Actually, there are many employees in Rajasthan who are working on the salary of 5th Pay Commission and 6th Pay (5th & 6th Pay Commission) commission. Now the government has increased the dearness allowance from 381 to 396 percent under the 5th Pay Commission. The government has increased it by 15 percent. At the same time, the dearness allowance has been increased from 203 to 212 percent under the Sixth Pay Commission.
Gehlot approved the increased dearness allowance.
