However, initially not all employees will be called to the office to work. At present, only top level employees will be called to the office, that too for only three days in a week. That is, for the remaining two days, they will continue to get the facility of work from home as before.
New Delhi. In view of the improvement in the situation of Corona, most of the companies have started calling their employees to the office. However, most of the IT companies are still providing the facility of work from home only. But after two years, gradually now this facility is being abolished.

Now only seniors will go to office
However, initially not all employees will be called to the office to work. At present, only 50,000 top level employees will be called to office, that too for only three days in a week. That is, for the remaining two days, they will continue to get the facility of work from home as before. TCS CEO and MD Rajesh Gopinathan told that from this month i.e. from April, the senior associates of the company will start coming to the office. The number of employees to be called to the office will be increased gradually. He expressed hope that by the middle of this year, that is, by June-July, most of the employees (80 percent) will start working from the office.
Salary will increase by 8 percent
He told that TCS will increase the salary of its employees by 6-8 percent in the financial year 2022-23. Last financial year also the same salary was increased.
TCS has appointed 35,209 new employees in the last quarter of FY 2021-22 i.e. January-March. This is the highest ever recruitment done in a single quarter. Similarly, in the last financial year, 1,03,546 new employees have got jobs in the company. This is also a record till date. With this, the number of employees of TCS has reached 5,92,195.
