Samsung Galaxy S22 Series: Samsung’s new Galaxy S22 series was introduced globally last week, but there is no information about its availability in India. The company has not yet given information about the Indian price of the new phone.
According to media reprts, starting price of the base variant of the new Galaxy S22 will be around Rs 75,000. While the price of Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra will start from Rs.85,000 and Rs.1,10,000 respectively.
Sources told News18Tech that the sales of the new Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra will start in the second week of March. Apart from this, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will come in India in Burgundy, Phantom White and Phantom Black colours.
Clearly, the new Galaxy S22 smartphones are more expensive than the previous Galaxy S21 series phones. The regular Galaxy S21 was launched with a starting price of Rs 69,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB storage option, while the Galaxy S21+ came with a starting price of Rs 81,999 for the same storage variant. Galaxy S21+ was launched in India for Rs 1,05,999 for the 12GB + 128GB storage model.
How are the full specifications of the series
Samsung recently confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and not the Exynos 2200 SoC. On the other hand, if we talk about the design of Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, then they look very similar.
But its Plus model comes with a 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, which offers Full HD + resolution. The Galaxy S22 sports a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, and its Ultra model features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. All three phones come with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Its regular model and Plus model have three cameras on the rear, while its Ultra model has a quad rear camera setup.
