Cybercriminals are sending messages to customers, saying that SBI user, your SBI Yono account has been blocked. You update your PAN card. What did the bank say?
After receiving such messages to the customers, the customers have given information about the bank through Twitter. On this the bank says, ‘Thank you for sharing this information. We appreciate your awareness. We advise our customers not to respond to links, calls, SMS, emails asking for personal and banking details like UserID, Password, Debit Card Number, PIN, CVV. In such a situation, complain about Phishing/Smishing/Vishing attempt at email report.phishing@sbi.co.in. You can inform the helpline number 155269 or the local law enforcement agency about this.
