SBI ATM PIN: The bank tweeted that how you can generate the PIN number of your debit card with the help of your mobile number.

SBI Debit Card PIN: After increasing digitization in the country, almost all the banks are now doing most of their services online. In such a situation, most of the work related to the bank is being done online or digitally from home. The country’s largest government bank i.e. State Bank of India has also started giving most of the facilities to its customers sitting at home. If you have a savings account and debit card of SBI and you want to generate the PIN of your debit card sitting at home, then now you can easily do this work.

Actually, State Bank of India gave information about this by tweeting and told that now you can generate PIN of your debit card from your mobile phone sitting at home. The bank has shared a video by tweeting and has explained the complete process of generating PIN in it.

Generate Debit and ATM card PIN like this

• If you have Debit Card of SBI and want to generate its PIN, then call on 1800 1234 from your registered mobile number. After making the call, you will be given options on IVR.
• Now you have to press 2 to generate the PIN associated with the ATM and Debit card. After this, 1 has to be pressed to generate the PIN. If you are calling from your registered mobile number then press 1.

• After this, enter the last 5 digits of the card whose PIN is to be generated and press 5 to confirm. Now enter the last 5 digits of your bank account number and press 1 to confirm.
• After that enter your year of birth. Now the PIN will be sent to your mobile number. After receiving the PIN on the mobile number, visit any nearest SBI ATM within 24 hours and change the PIN as per your wish.
