According to the official notification released by SBI, there have been reports that some persons engaged in fraudulent activities have created websites imitating the official SBI sites. These fraudulent websites have released the wrong list of persons selected for SBI posts. Fraudulent websites are also issuing fake appointment letters issued by SBI.

SBI said that it never publishes the shortlist and names of selected candidates on the website. Only roll number or registration number is issued. Shortlists and communicates personally to selected candidates through SMS/email/post. All the information regarding appointment like notice, interview programme, final result etc. is available.

SBI has released the schedule of preliminary examination for the recruitment of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) and Clerk. The complete program of the examination can be seen on the official website. As per the date sheet, the exams will be conducted on January 5, 6, 11 and 12. 8,773 posts are to be filled through the recruitment drive. SBI Clerk Main Exam is likely to be held in February 2024.
