SBI credit card bill payment: Paying your credit card bills on time is very important to maintain a healthy credit score and get better borrowing deals in the future. SBI offers different types of credit cards (SBI Credit Card), which are very popular among the people. These cards offer exclusive offers on travel, shopping, entertainment and even daily transactions.
Many convenient options are available to pay SBI credit card bill. You can make payments both online and offline. Let us know the 10 main ways to pay SBI credit card bill-
1. Payment through NEFT-
Step 1: Log in to your bank’s net banking facility. Add SBI card as a beneficiary under third party transfer.
Step 2: Enter the IFSC code ‘SBIN00CARDS’.
Step 3: On the banking page, enter your 16-digit SBI credit card number in the Account Number field.
Step 4: Select ‘Credit Card Payment’ or ‘Savings Account’ as the Beneficiary Account type.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete your registration process.
2. Payment via sbicard.com
Step 1: Log in to sbicard.com using your SBI Card Online user ID and password.
Step 2: Click on ‘Pay now’ on the dashboard page.
Step 3: Select the amount to pay.
Step 4: Select the payment mode and bank name.
Step 5: After verifying the details, you will be redirected to your bank’s payment interface to authorize the payment.
3. Payment through Visa Credit Card Pay
Step 1: Log in to your bank’s net banking page with your user ID and password.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Third Party Funds Transfer’ section and select ‘Visa Credit Card Pay’.
Step 3: Fill in the sender and receiver details to initiate the fund transfer.
Step 4: After filling in the details, click on ‘Confirm’. As soon as you confirm the transaction, the amount will be debited from your account and the payment will be scheduled on your card.
4. Payment through Standing Instruction
The National Automated Clearing House (NACH) saves you the effort of issuing cheques every month to pay your SBI card dues. You have to allow SBI Card to deduct the amount directly from your bank account every month and credit it to your card account on the payment due date.
5. Payment through Debit Card
Step 1: To pay your SBI Card dues, visit https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/sbicard/SBI_card.jsp.
Step 2: Please enter the SBI credit card number for which you wish to make the payment, along with the amount due and your email ID.
Step 3: Select Debit Card for payment and select the bank account from which you wish to debit the amount. You will be redirected to the payment interface.
Step 4: Enter your debit card and card authentication details such as user ID, password and PIN number.
Step 5: Confirm the payment amount.
6. Payment through SBI Card Mobile App
Step 1: First download the SBI Card mobile app from Apple iOS, Android or Windows app store. Then login using your SBI Card online user ID and password.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Pay now’ button at the bottom of the account summary page.
Step 3: If you have not updated already, enter your registered mobile number and email ID.
Step 4: Select the amount you want to pay:
Step 5: Select the payment option and bank name from the drop down menu. Confirm the details and you will be redirected to the bank’s payment interface so that you can authorize the payment.
7. Process to pay SBI credit card bill through UPI app
- First of all open BHIM, Paytm, Phonepe, Amazon or any UPI application.
- Click on Send Money or Send Money To Anyone or Transfer Money etc.
- After this, the option to enter UPI ID will appear.
- Now enter Sbicard.16 digits of your credit card no@SBI in place of UPI ID.
- Now enter the amount and click on Proceed.
- Now complete the payment by entering UPI PIN through the linked bank account in the UPI app.
8. Payment via MasterCard MoneySend
Step 1: Download a third-party payment app or use a platform that supports MoneySend payment mode.
Step 2: Link your SBI credit card.
Step 3: Select the MasterCard MoneySend option on the third-party app to make a card payment.
Step 4: Enter the amount you want to pay and grant permission.
Step 5: Once the transaction is successfully processed, the amount will be debited from your account and posted to the SBI card account immediately.
9. Payment via YONO app
- Login to the YONO app.
- Go to the ‘My Credit Cards’ section under ‘My Relationships’ and select the card for which you wish to make the payment.
- Click on the credit card details to go to the card summary page, then click on ‘Pay Now’.
- Select the SBI account to make the payment.
- Select the amount and click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment.
10. Payment through branch or ATM
You can pay your SBI card dues by visiting any SBI branch in India. Apart from this, you can also drop your payment cheque in the drop box across the country. You can also pay your bills by visiting any SBI ATM.
