After which the customer complained to SBI through Twitter. At the same time, SBI has also tweeted from its official Twitter account, what should be done in this situation.

According to the information given by SBI, the customer can visit https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ for cash deposit machine complaint EXISTING CUSTOMER // MSME/ Agri/ Other Grievance under GENERAL BANKING/BRANCH RELATED You can file a complaint by going to the category. Along with this, here you will have to give all the information including the transaction details, amount, in whose account the money was being deposited, its details and the location of the cash deposit machine.

At the same time, customers can register their complaint in such a situation by calling the SBI helpline number 1800 11 2211 (Toll Free), 1800 425 3800 (Toll Free) or 080-26599990 from 8 am to 8 pm.
