The bank has also started doorstep banking facility for customers in Corona crisis. In this facility, from cash withdrawal to pay orders, new cheque book, new cheque book requisition slip is giving you a variety of facilities.
The minimum limit in State Bank of India (SBI) is Rs 1,000 and the maximum limit is Rs 20,000. It is mandatory to have sufficient balance in the bank account before the request for cash withdrawal. Failure to do so will result in the transaction being cancelled.

Features of Doorstep Banking
1. For this registration will have to be done in the home branch.
2. Till this facility is not completed at the contact center, it will have to be applied for in the home branch itself.
3. The maximum limit for both depositing and withdrawing money is 20 thousand rupees per day.
4. Service charge for all non financial transactions is Rs 60 + GST while for financial transactions it is Rs 100 + GST.
5. To withdraw money, along with cheque book and withdrawal form, passbook will also be needed.
