SBI said, “We advise our customers to be vigilant against fraudsters and do not share any sensitive information online.” Also it is forbidden to download any app from any unknown source. If you do not do so, you may become a victim of fraud and your bank account may become empty. SBI tweeted and told the customers that it is our duty to protect you from being a victim of online fraud. SBI said, “We advise our customers to be vigilant against fraudsters and do not share any sensitive information online.”

>> It is necessary that you follow the standard rules and do not share your personal and banking details with any unknown person.

>> Do not click on any informal link that asks for one time password (OTP) or bank details for EMI, DBT, Prime Minister Care Fund or any other care fund.

>> Beware of fake schemes that claim to provide lotteries, cash prizes or job opportunities through SMS, e-mail, letter, phone call or advertisement.

>> Change your password related to the bank from time to time.

>> Please keep in mind that SBI representatives never send email or SMS to their customers for their personal information, passwords, high security passwords or OTPs.

>> For the contact numbers and other details related to SBI, only use the website of SBI. Do not rely on the information available on internet search results in this regard.

>> Report the fraudsters to the local police officer immediately and report it to your nearest SBI branch.
