SBI

You can withdraw Rs 20,000 in a day from the country’s largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) debit card. The daily maximum cash withdrawal limit at SBI ATMs is Rs 20,000, while the minimum limit is Rs 100. That is, you can withdraw a maximum of Rs 20000 and a minimum of Rs 100 in a day.

ICICI Bank

According to the ICICI Bank website, bank customers who have Platinum Chip Debit Card can withdraw up to Rs 1 lakh from ATMs in a day. According to the information available on the bank’s website, you can withdraw up to Rs 1.5 lakh in a single day through Visa Signature Debit Card. You will get an additional cash withdrawal limit of Rs 50000 on Visa Signature Debit Card.

Punjab National Bank

Punjab National Bank (PNB) is the second largest public sector bank in the country. PNB customers who have Platinum and RuPay debit cards can withdraw up to Rs 50,000 in a day from ATMs. According to the information given on the bank’s website, a maximum of Rs 25,000 can be withdrawn in a day through Classic RuPay card and Master Debit card.

HDFC bank

HDFC Bank is the second largest private sector bank in India. If you have its Platinum Chip Debit Card, then with its help you can withdraw up to 1 lakh rupees every day from ATM. This information has been given on the official website of the bank (hdfcbank.com).

Know the charges of ATM

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed banks to levy charges from customers on ATM transactions over and above the free monthly limit. That is, if you transact with your bank’s ATM more than the free limit in a month, then you will have to pay a charge. You can do free ATM transactions from your bank five times in a month. This will be charged per transaction. Whereas in metros, only three free transactions are allowed in a month from other bank’s ATMs.


In small towns, five free transactions are possible from ATMs of other banks. If the transaction is done more than five times, then from the sixth time, a fee of Rs 20 will be charged each time. RBI has also increased the cash withdrawal fee from Rs 20 to Rs 21. But it has not been implemented yet. It will start from January 1, 2022. That is, from January 1, 2022, you will have to pay more.
