SBI Customers Alert: If you are a customer of State Bank of India i.e. SBI, then there is important news for you. SBI has issued an important information for its approximately 45 crore customers. The bank has appealed to its customers to avoid fraud. The bank has issued guidelines for this.
What did the bank say?
SBI has written on the official website, Dear Customer..You are important to us! So keep these things in mind for a secure digital banking experience.
1. Do not click on any unknown link i.e. attachment received from E-mail / SMS.
2. SBI never sends any link asking for your personal information.
3. Do not share financial information like your password/card number/CVV/OTP with anyone.
4. Don’t be fooled by email/SMS of prizes/lottery/income tax refund.
5. Please keep changing your password at regular intervals.
6. Do not download any such app which is advised by some unknown person. It is possible that after clicking on that message, your bank details will reach the fraudsters.
