SBI New Deposit Schemes: State Bank of India (SBI) has launched two new deposit schemes. These are ‘Har Ghar Lakhpati’ and ‘SBI Patrons’. SBI gave this information on Friday. These schemes are designed to provide better financial convenience and value to the customers. SBI says that these schemes will benefit the customers more.
What is Har Ghar Lakhpati RD Scheme?
‘Har Ghar Lakhpati’ is a pre-determined amount recurring deposit (RD) scheme. This will help customers to deposit Rs 1 lakh or its multiples. According to SBI, this scheme makes the process of achieving financial goals easier. It helps customers to save effectively. The ‘Har Ghar Lakhpati’ scheme is also available for minors. This will promote the habit of saving at an early age.
What are the features of ‘SBI Patrons FD Scheme’?
SBI has also launched a special term deposit scheme called ‘SBI Patrons’. This scheme is for senior citizens aged 80 years and above. Higher interest rates will be available in this scheme. It recognizes the long-standing relationship of senior customers with the bank. ‘SBI Patrons’ is available to both existing and new term deposit customers.
What did the SBI chairman say?
On the launch of these two schemes, SBI Chairman CS Setty said, “Our aim is to create target-oriented deposit products that not only increase financial benefits but also align with the aspirations of our customers. We are redefining traditional banking to make it more inclusive and impactful.”
He said, SBI is committed to leveraging innovation and technology to provide seamless solutions that empower every customer.
