New Delhi: If you are a pensioner and have an account with State Bank of India (SBI), then you do not need to wander anywhere for all the services related to your pension. State Bank of India has launched a dedicated portal – SBI Pension Seva Portal – especially for the customers having pension account. With just one click on this portal, you can take advantage of all types of pension related services. You can get any details related to pension as soon as you log in to the portal. This portal is very easy to use and common pensioners can get a lot of benefits from it.
Let us tell you that State Bank of India is the largest bank serving pensioners in India, which is serving more than 54 lakh pensioners across the country. SBI has tagged up several departments of the central government such as defence, telecom, railways, postal and civil departments for pension processing. Apart from this, the cooperation of many departments of the state governments has also been taken, so that the pensioners do not have to face any kind of problem.

Register like this
Account holders having pension account in State Bank of India will have to first register themselves to use this portal, for this you have to click on the official site of SBI https://www.pensionseva.sbi/.
1. To register, you first click on the registration tab given on the top.
2. After this, create a user ID with at least 5 characters.
3. After this you enter your pension account number and cross check it once.
4. Now update your date of birth.
5. Then enter the code of the bank branch paying the pension.
6. After this you enter your registered email id.
7. Now generate your new password and update it if you want.
8. After the registration is complete, a mail will be sent to you on your email id. In this, a link will be sent for account activation, on clicking on which the account will be activated.
9.Once the account is activated, you can login to the portal by entering your ID and password. Take special care of one thing that after entering the wrong password 3 times, your account will be automatically locked.
10. SBI customers can open a fixed account without visiting the bank (Online FD account). Online FD customers get many facilities.
