SBI Recruitment 2025: State Bank of India (SBI) has presented a great opportunity for MBA degree holders. SBI has issued a notification for recruitment to more than 270 posts of Manager Retail Products, FLC Director and FLC Counselor. The special thing is that there will be no written examination for these posts. Interested candidates can apply online till 21 March and 26 March 2025.

The last date for the post of Manager Retail Products is 21 March 2025.
The last date for the post of FLC Counselor and FLC Director is 26 March 2025.
How many posts will be recruited?
A total of 273 posts will be filled under this recruitment.
- 4 posts of Manager Retail Products
- 263 posts of FLC Counselor
- 6 posts of FLC Director.
Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Manager Retail Products: The candidate must have an MBA, PGDM, PGPM or MMA degree.
Apart from this, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in retail banking, out of which 2 years of experience must be related to product development.
FLC Counselor and FLC Director: Only retired bank officials can apply for these posts.
Age Limit
The age of the candidate for Manager Retail Products should be between 28 to 40 years.
No minimum age limit has been prescribed for FLC Counselor and FLC Director, but these posts are reserved only for retired bank officials.
Salary Details
The salary for Manager Retail Products will be Rs 85,920 to Rs 1,05,280 per month.
FLC Counselor and FLC Director will be given a monthly salary of Rs 50,000.
How will the selection be done?
There will be no written examination in this recruitment. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their experience and qualification. Selected candidates will be called for interview and final selection will be done on this basis.
