Students who have been deprived of online application for scholarship and fee reimbursement till now can get one more chance. Permission has been sought from the Social Welfare Department in this regard. If permission is received from the government, then by January 10, students deprived of scholarship and fee reimbursement will be able to apply online.
This facility will be available to all the poor students of SC, ST, OBC, minority and general category. The third time table will be issued for such students. Under this, the amount of scholarship and fee reimbursement to such students will be transferred to their Aadhar linked bank accounts by March 25. About one lakh underprivileged students can get benefit from this third time table of the government. Some of these are students of educational institutions whose results for the next classes are still being released or are in the process of being released. There are some teachings whose courses have not been included in the master data.
On the other hand, under the second timetable, students who have applied online by November 30 will get the amount of scholarship and fee reimbursement till December 28. According to the information received from the Directorate of Social Welfare, so far 45 lakh 70 thousand 726 such online applications of all classes have been forwarded from educational institutions.
Under the first time table, the amount of scholarship and fee reimbursement is being transferred to the bank accounts of the students who applied online till November 11 and forwarded by the educational institutions. Of these, 698954 students are from OBC, 359183 are from SC, 696 are from tribe and 96115 are minorities.
Out of these, the amount of scholarship and fee reimbursement has been sent to 89381 students on October 2. Among these, there are 583917 students of pre-matric i.e. class IX and X. They get a scholarship of three thousand rupees. Out of these, 76187 have been given on 2nd October. A total of 78497 students of class XI-XII and other courses have also been sent scholarship and fee reimbursement, out of which 13197 have been received on October 2.
