School Holidays Announced: District Basic Education Officer Premlal Bharti gave these orders on Tuesday. According to the order, in the government schools where all the teachers are on election duty, the Bhojan Matas will prepare the mid-day meal and will help in sending off the polling parties or at the polling centre.
School Holidays Announced: All schools in the municipal areas will remain closed for two days due to the voting on January 23 for the civic elections and the departure of the polling parties on 22. However, on Wednesday, the government schools will open for half a day for mid-day meal. Whereas private schools will remain completely closed.

Apart from this, the children will be given leave after the mid-day meal.
At the same time, the buses of private schools have been acquired by the government for the elections. Private schools have been closed so that the children do not face any problem in coming and going to school on Wednesday.
