Both government and private schools are closed. This decision has been taken in view of the safety of students in the cold season.

Schools up to class 5 in Jammu and Kashmir will remain closed from December 10, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Schools from class 6 to 12 will remain closed from December 16, 2024 to February 28, 2025.

The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE) has announced Sankranti holidays for intermediate students. The holidays will be from January 11 to January 16, 2025. Classes will resume from January 17, 2025.
