I am retiring from cricket…
Shikhar Dhawan said, “They say, it is necessary to turn the pages to move forward in the story, I am going to do the same now. I have decided to retire from international and domestic cricket as well. I am at peace in my heart that I got the opportunity to play a lot of matches for my country. I also thank BCCI and the fans.”

Last match for India
Shikhar Dhawan last represented India in the year 2022 while playing an ODI against Bangladesh. Unfortunately, Dhawan could not do anything special in his last innings as he scored only 3 runs in 8 balls. This was the same match in which Ishan Kishan played a historic innings of 210 runs in 131 balls. India had won that match by a huge margin of 227 runs.
