Great evidence has emerged of the nexus between panic-stricken Vikas Dubey and the police-administration. Vikas Dubey had got fake arms licenses of his 15 to 18 operatives meeting with Ashala Babu. These licenses were issued between January and March last year. Then seven accused, including Ashala Babu, were also imprisoned in the 77 fake arms license case. However, license cases of development operatives were not disclosed. Now it has been revealed in the investigation of STF.
In the investigation after the Bikeru scandal, it was revealed that the miscreants had also opened fire on the police with licensed elements. Therefore, STF investigated arms licenses of development operatives. According to STF sources, it was found during investigation that 15 to 18 licenses were made by putting fake documents. This entire game development was done by Asha Babu with Vineet Tiwari. Aslha Babu used to work on the gestures of development. Vikas had sent the license documents through Munshi Jai Kishan alias Jackie, a lawyer. Babu issued the license after playing full game.
77 fake licenses include these licenses
last year, a total of 190 arms licenses were made. In this, 77 arms licenses were found to be fake. The administration had lodged a case in Kotwali police station against Aslha Babu Vineet Tiwari, artisan Jitendra and others unknown. The then SSP Anant Dev SIT was constituted under the leadership of the then SP Crime Rajesh Yadav and conducted the investigation.

CO Rajesh Pandey was the supervisor. Apart from the accused named in the SIT, artisan Mukul, Vishal, advocate Sanjeev and his son Shubham were sent to jail along with lawyer K Munshi Jai Kishan. According to STF sources, these 77 licenses also include licenses of development operatives.
Did not deposit arms After the fraud was revealed, the police had also made a process of depositing the realities purchased with these licenses. STF sources say that the development operatives did not collect weapons. The police has also been very negligent in this.
All the accused in the fake arms license case on the radar of many STFs have escaped from jail. Now once again they are under investigation. The STF has sought details of this entire episode from the police-administration. Accused will be questioned soon. The screws on Jai Kishan will be tightened first. At the same time, why the SIT could not catch this fraud at that time. Whose licenses have been made, the STF has complete information about them but has not made it public yet.
