SIM card de-activation rules i.e. SIM cards will not be issued in bulk as before and After deactivating the SIM card, that number will be available to any other person only after a period of 90 days. Also, according to the new rules, a limit has been set on the number of SIM cards. Individuals can obtain SIM cards in bulk only through commercial connections. Apart from this, currently you can buy 9 SIM cards on one ID card.
