If someone’s bill is not deposited on time and it is pending for a long time, then the lineman disconnects the connection from the pole by going on the spot from the departmental level.
Even after depositing the bill, it often takes time to update it and the consumer gets the light only after connecting the electricity connection again after visiting the department and applying etc. Due to this, both the department and the consumer have to face a lot of trouble without any reason.
