The country’s banks such as SBI, IDBI Bank and Indian Bank have launched many schemes to increase investment in FD, in which banks are offering high interest rates. Let us tell you about those schemes.

Amrit Kalash and Amrit Varsha Scheme

State Bank of India has launched Amrit Kalash and Amrit Vrishti scheme with the aim of encouraging people to invest in FD. Under the Amrit Kalash scheme, the bank is offering 7.10 percent interest to the common man and 7.60 percent interest to senior citizens on FD of 400 days. At the same time, under Amrit Vrishti, the bank is giving 7.25 percent interest to the common man and 7.75 percent interest to senior citizens on FD of 444 days. Investment can be made in both these schemes till March 31, 2025.

Utsav Callable FD Scheme

Apart from SBI, IDBI Bank has also launched Utsav Callable FD Scheme to promote investment in FD. In this scheme, common citizens get 7.40% interest for a period of 555 days. At the same time, the bank is offering 7.90 percent interest for senior citizens. The last date to invest under this scheme is also 31 March 2025.

Indian Bank Schemes

To encourage people to invest in FDs, Indian Bank has also extended the date of investment in its FD schemes ‘IND Supreme 300 Days’ and ‘IND Super 400 Days’ schemes. Now you can invest under these schemes till 31 March 2025.
