Subhadra Yojana: There is big news for women living in Odisha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the Subhadra Yojana in a special program organized in Bhubaneswar. Today is the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On this special occasion, this scheme was started for the women living in Odisha. Subhadra Yojana is an ambitious scheme being run by the Odisha government for women.
Under this scheme, women of the state will be given financial assistance of Rs 10,000 under two installments annually. This scheme has been started especially to empower the women of Odisha state at the economic and social level. The benefit of Subhadra Yojana will be given to women from 21 to 60 years. Which women will get the benefit of Subhadra Yojana
- The state government will operate the Subhadra Yojana for the next five years (from 2024-25 to 2028-29).
- Only those women who are natives of Odisha will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Â Apart from this, to avail the benefits of the scheme, it is necessary for the name of the women to be linked to the ration card under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS).
- The benefit of Subhadra Yojana will be available to those women whose family income is not more than Rs 2.50 lakh.
- If you want to avail the benefits of this scheme, then the process of applying in the scheme is quite easy. In this, you will not have to face any kind of problems.
How to apply in the scheme?
- If you want to apply online in the scheme, then you can register yourself by visiting the Subhadra portal.
- On the other hand, if you want to apply in the offline scheme, then you can apply in the scheme by visiting your nearest Anganwadi center, block office, urban local body office, CSC center.

To apply in Subhadra Yojana, you will need documents like Aadhar card, birth certificate, bank account details, passport size photo, residential proof, mobile number etc.
